What is your return and exchange policy?
Normally, the products are not returnable. But there are a few exceptions:
1) If we shipped you an incorrect item, you can exchange it for the correct item or return it for a full refund. Please contact us before you send the package back.
2) If we shipped you an item in the wrong color, please send us the pictures and we will help you solve the problem. Perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.
3) If we shipped you a damaged product, please send us the pictures and we will help you solve the problem.
Note: If there is no quality problem about the product you received, it is not returnable.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
